The Pokemon FireRed Jacklocke continues to provide you with your weekly dose of glory and awesome in a textual format. This week I got chased by an obese bear and saddled up a sea serpent in parts 15 and 16. Read all about it here:

Game News

A Nintendo 64 emulator managed to sneak its way onto the Xbox Live Store over the weekend, but was hastily removed by Microsoft: http://www.actionj4ck.com/2016/09/n64-emulator-now-available-in-xbox-one.html

It's no secret that Yo-Kai Watch has been taking Japan by storm the last few years, so much so that maybe even the Pokemon franchise is taking notice and making some adjustments to the series: http://www.actionj4ck.com/2016/09/is-pokemon-trying-to-learn-from-yo-kai.html

ActionJ4ck

I can't say I've ever been a Gears of War fan, but I'll be darned if I'll let another Paper Mario game slip past me. I can't deny that I'm disappointed that the series is moving away from the RPG genre in favor of an adventure-type game, but it still looks like fun and I'll think I'll give it a shot unless I hear anything overwhelmingly negative about it. Hopefully it can entertain me until the Final Fantasy TCG comes out and my wallet becomes significantly skinnier. Thank you so much for reading up to this point. Next week you can expect another pair of episodes from my Pokemon FireRed Jacklocke challenge.
